FAQ
Are all features really free right now?
Yes — during early access (until July 10, 2026) every account has all premium features unlocked at no charge. After that, paid plans start from $29.99/year.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create an account and use everything for free. You'll only be asked for payment when paid plans launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How does the Family plan work?
The admin pays for the Family plan and can invite up to 3 family members by email. Each person gets their own login and everyone shares the same dog profiles in real time.
What counts toward the dog limit?
Each dog profile you create counts. Free = 1 dog, Solo = up to 3, Family = up to 6. You can delete a profile to free up a slot.
Does it work on mobile?
The web app works on any device right now. Native iOS and Android apps are in development — your subscription will cover all platforms.
