Health Considerations
Corgidors may inherit hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy, and obesity from the Labrador side, as well as intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) and von Willebrand disease from the Corgi. Weight management is critically important in Corgidors — both parent breeds have a tendency toward obesity, which significantly worsens joint health. Regular exercise and portion-controlled feeding are essential.
